Set in idyllic rural England, Fakenham is home to eight national hunt meetings annually; being a quick left handed track, sharp bends and corners test even the most accomplished riders although the going is rarely heavy. For those who prefer speed, the track caters for all, perpetually popular to the locals and visitors alike, especially over the bank holiday fixtures through late spring drawing in moderate crowds of spectators and riders alike.
