The North Eastís Premier racecourse boasts and oval shape left-handed course and can also provide for straight races of up to a mile. With an uphill rise, this course offers and interesting challenge. The Northumberland Plate in June is one of highlights of the season with the Fighting Fifth Hurdle in November making this a great place to spend a day in the summer.
