Are my credit card details secure at BetClass?
ALL transaction (data is SSL -encrypted) made with the
credit card do not pass through BetClass Ltd's server, and
no personal information of your credit card will be seen
or recorded within our business. All transactions done by
credit card will be managed directly from the 'Bank Of
Valletta' or from the leading English Company 'Direct
Merchant Services'. None of this information reaches or
remains in the Archives Of BetClass Ltd.
How old must I be to bet with Betclass?
You must be 18 or over to bet and you don't have to be
Citizen of Malta.
What happens if I forget my username or password?
In that case, please contact our Customer service. Once
you have confirmed your Personal Details with us we will
give you or replace your ID and Password. If you lose your
password, you can click on "LOGIN" and go through
the section "if you loose your password". Than fill
up the blanks and we give the password. If you want to
request a new one, please contact by phone our Customer
care.
How do I deposit funds?
You can choose to make it through a bank transfer, credit
card with "secure transaction" (Financial
transactions are done through betclass Ltd., Sliema,
Malta, the operator of betclass.net. You will be billed as
Betclass.net 00356 21339963), or Western Union .The
minimum deposit is L. 50.000, € 25,82, GBP 15,63 with
credit card, L. 100.000, € 51,64, GBP 31,25 with Western
Union and L. 200.000, € 103,28, GBP 62,5 with bank
transfer.
How will the deposits to my Betclass account appear on my
bank statement?
The transfer of money to your Betclass account will appear
as Betclass LTD.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
The minimum withdrawal is L.200.000, € 103,29, GBP 62,5.
You can withdraw up to 3.000.000 ITL per week from your
Internet account. Money will be send through a bank
transfer. To withdraw in excess of L.3.000.000, €
1.549,37, GBP 937,5 please contact our Customer Services
in order to arrange for a cheque or electronic transfer to
be processed.
How do I place a single bet?
Pick a sport, then the event that you wish to bet on. When
you have chosen your selection click on BET. Your
selection will then automatically appear on your Betting
Slip. Enter the amount you want to stake in the box
provided.
How do I place a bet on more than one selection across
several events?
This is known as Multiple betting. Follow the same steps
as for a single bet (detailed above) until the betting
slip appears.
How do I know if my bet is on?
You will know that your bet has been processed when after
clicking on OK to process your bet, your betting slip will
appear ( to be printable) with all the details of your
bet. Your betting slip will also have a specific Receipt
number. Should you have any concerns that your bet has not
been processed correctly go to the Account section and
enter the date when you placed your bet: details of all
bets processed will appear on your screen. Only bets
that appear on your Account History screen are valid
transactions..
Can I cancel my bets?
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all the
details of their bets are correct. Once the transaction
has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled or altered (
confirmation comes with the coupon back to the client).
