Traditions dating back to the 18th century make Warwick one of the oldest courses in Britain. However the facilities are a great deal newer with the new £3 million grandstand only being completed in 2000. It is common for large fields for both forms of racing to run on this one and three quarter mile track. A feature is the five fences down the back straight, offering real excitement for the good jumpers.
