Entry to the course centre costs £5.00, the Tattersalls area is £10.00 and the member’s area is £15.00. If you and OAP you can enter for just £3.00 and children under 16 will gain free entry.
Annual Memberships are available (March-September) for £150.00

The cost of booking a corporate box that will seat up to 12 starts at £50 + vat. There are ground floor boxes available, overlooking the River Severn that can be converted into bigger rooms for larger groups.
When it comes to conferencing facilities there are a number of options. Starting with the Tattersalls Bar, on the ground floor, which is popular for sales presentations and trade fairs. On the second floor there is the spacious Croft Suite which will seat up to 150. It has permanent bar and dance floor and can be used for a range of different functions. Offering panoramic view of the River Severn and the Racecourse and seating up to 120, The Severn Suite is ideal for those who like a room with a view.

If you are coming by road you will find the race course located on the banks of the River Severn in the heart of Worcester. Coming from the north on the M5, exit at Junction 6 and follow the A38. From the south on the M5, exit at junction 7 and onto the A38. There is ample free parking available for coaches and cars; however entrance into the picnic area is £3.00 per car. There are helicopter landing facilities available by prior arrangement. If you are travelling by train, Forgate Street station is a five minute walk from the front door. There are trains that run direct from all over the country including London Paddington, Bristol, Hereford, Cardiff and Birmingham.
